No additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments within Canada and US.

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.

Lost Shipments

X.Dazen Studio is not liable for shipments lost in transit.

If your order status is Delivered, please check the vicinity of your home to ensure it was not dropped at a side door, lobby, or mail room, and ask your neighbours if they may have received it for you. Carriers also occasionally mark packages as Delivered before they’re dropped off.

As a fraud prevention measure, we cannot issue refunds for lost packages under any circumstances.
