Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, we kindly ask that you submit a request through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Once received, we will carefully review your request and work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
